Please read this information letter carefully to help us make the show weekend smooth and enjoyable for everyone.

Please check your confirmation letter to ensure that your cat’s information is correct. If there are any errors or if any details have changed after your entry, please contact the Show Secretary as soon as possible, preferably by email: porok.nayttely@gmail.com.
Remember to inform us if your cat may achieve a title during the show. Please send information about previous certificates (number of certificates and the countries where they were received) before the show, preferably by email. There is no need to bring or show copies of certificates before or during the show.

The show will be open to the public on both days from 10:00 to 14:00.
The show hall is located on the ground floor of Kempelehalli. On both days, exhibitors and cats enter the hall through the marked entrance on the parking lot side, as shown in the picture. At the end of each show day, exhibitors may exit through the same entrance once permission to leave has been given. Other wise exiting and entering the show hall is through main door on the upper floor.
Vaccination certificates will be checked in the morning, and registration at check-in is mandatory. You may complete your registration for Sunday already on Saturday morning.
Registration will be organised according to the owner’s surname:
Veterinary control will be carried out randomly.
The show catalogue will be available in electronic format, and a link to the catalogue will be provided at the venue.
A printed catalogue will also be available. If you did not purchase one when entering your cat into the show, a limited number of printed catalogues will be available for purchase at a price of 5€.
The show cages will be arranged in rows and numbered for Saturday’s show. On Sunday, you may choose any available free space.

Important Notice for Category 4!
There will be a Category 4 judge’s exam on Saturday. Please follow the instructions given in the show hall if your cat will also be judged by the candidate.
The theme of the show weekend is Hawaii! We will reward the best cage decoration and the best outfit on Saturday. Feel free to be creative and have fun with the theme!
The Kempelehalli cafeteria, located on the second floor, will offer coffee and refreshments throughout the weekend. The restrooms are also located on the second floor.
Please note that the elevator is currently out of service. If you use a wheelchair or have limited mobility, please contact the Show Manager in advance for further information.
Please help us keep the show venue clean by maintaining your cat’s cage and using the waste bins provided.
Please bring your own chair if you need one. Bring your own cat litter and take all used litter home with you after the show. Let’s help protect the environment.
If your cat is not nominated, you may leave the show early. The exact time for early departure will be announced separately each day.
