Welcome to Kempele!

Please read this info letter carefully, and we will have a flexible and
enjoyable show.

Show venue: Zemppi areena, Pekurintie 2,
90450 Kempele. The show hall is located on the second floor of the
building. There is a lot of free parking space available just outside the show venue. The show
hall can be accessed via three different doors, two stairways and one elevator. The corridors
are narrow, so please be patient!

Please check that the information is correct in the confirmation letter. In case of any
errors or if the information has changed after the entry period, please contact the show
secretary, preferably via e-mail: porok.nayttely@gmail.com.

Remember to inform us if your cat may graduate during the show. Previous certificates
(how many and from which countries) should be notified to us before the show preferably via
e-mail (porok.nayttely@gmail.com). You do not need to bring copies of previous certificates
with you to the show.

Show will be open to public on both days 10.00 to 15.00

You will find the registration and vet check upon entering the show hall. Please have the
pet passport with vaccination details readily available. If participating on both days, you can
register for both days on Saturday. If the registration is not done in the show hall, your cat
will be marked as absent.

Show catalogue is available in electronic format and the URL will be available at the
show hall.

The show cages are numbered and you will receive the details at the registration. It is strictly
forbidden to change the location of the cages without the show manager’s permission. It is
also strictly forbidden to modify cages from single to double or vice versa. The cage map will
be available on POROK’s cat show Facebook-page and on POROK’s web page
www.porok.fi.

If your cat graduates on Saturday (notice also FIFe COVID exceptions), please inform the
secretariate without delay.

The POROK cafeteria in the show hall sells coffee and refreshments. Credit/Debit card
payments are preferred. Restaurants are available downstairs in the building and at the
Zeppeliini mall nearby.

Please take care of the show venue by keeping the cage clean and using the trash bins.
Please bring your own cat litter sand.

You can leave the show early if your cat is not nominated. The exact time will be
announced separately each day.

We will have a Christmas Elf themed show. The best outfits and cage decorations will be
awarded with Christmas presents during the show.
