Please read this info letter carefully, and we will have a flexible and most of all safe show.

Show venue: Zemppiareena, Pekurintie 2,
90450 Kempele. The show hall is located on the second floor of the building.

Please check from the confirmation letter that your cat’s information is correct. If there are any errors or information has changed after the entry, contact show secretary soonest, preferably by e-mail: porok.nayttely@gmail.com. Remember to inform us if your cat may take a title in the show. Earlier certificates (how many and from which countries) should be informed BEFORE the show preferably by e-mail (porok.nayttely@gmail.com). No need to show certificate copies before or at the show.

COVID EU passport must be presented when accessing the show hall! Pohjois-Pohjanmaa implements new restrictions on 26.11.2021 which means that all events with more than 50 persons must take COVID passport into use. COVID passports will be checked at the main entrance both days, so please make sure you have your passport (mobile or printed) and IDs at hand already at the door, so that moving to show hall is fluent. Vaccinations & vet check take place upstairs at the entrance of show hall. Please make sure you carry the COVID passport if you go outside the show hall during the day for possible passport control when returning.

The club will take all measures for a safe show. Surfaces are sanitized regularly, and hand sanitizers are available in cafeteria and entrance.

Please stay home if you are sick or if you have any flu like symptoms. Wearing mask is highly recommended inside the show hall. At the judging area you must wear a mask. 

All measures are taken to have the show safe for all:
– shows are not open for public
– cats are allowed to leave the show hall as soon as their competition is over
– wearing mask is highly recommended. When in judge’s ring, a mask must be used.
– keep the safe distance to other people
– surfaces in the show hall are regularly sanitized by the show staff

Show hall is located on the second floor of Zemppi Areena and can be accessed by two stairways and one elevator. When waiting at the hallway, please keep the safe distance to others.

At the entrance of the show hall, firstly the COVID passport is checked and after that the vaccinations of the cats. Please keep the papers/mobile app easily accessible. Veterinary examination is performed randomly. Pedigree and vaccination certificates are checked from all entering cats. All entering cats must be microchipped. Vaccinations required: Feline Parvovirus and Cat Influenza. First rabies vaccination can be taken no later than 21 days before the importing date. Other vaccinations must be taken no later than 15 days before the show. Importing to Finland: www.evira.fi

Declare your cats partaking at check in, otherwise your cat will be marked as absent.
Show catalogue is available only in electronic format, url to catalogue will be made available at the hall.

Show cages are readily numbered and it is strictly forbidden to move cages. It is also strictly forbidden to modify cages from single to double.

Judging area will be in one end of the hall, where the panel will also take place. Judging area should only be accessed when your cats turn is, and please remember to wear mask.

If your cat gets a title on Saturday (FIFe COVID exceptions), inform the secretariat soonest.

The POROK cafeteria at the show hall offers coffee and refreshments for small fees. Restaurants are available downstairs below the arena and at the Zeppeliini mall.

Please take care of tidiness of show venue by keeping the cage clean and using the trash bins. POROK sponsor offers cat litter for cats participating the show.

You can leave the hall as soon as your cat has finished competing and has received its diploma.
